Terms and Conditions
Once we receive your quote/ sales order, we will inform you of the stock availability and lead times. To enable us to process your order, payment in advance is required for all accepted quotes and sales orders. You may also attach your Proof of payment at the bottom of the quote/ sales order request/check out form. Before checking out on your request, please ensure that the sizes and quantities ordered are correct. Once we receive confirmation of payment via email, your order will move into the processing stage. As soon as your order is picked and packaged, your package will be couriered to the address supplied by the client or a Pudo locker. Please allow a lead time of 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
If stock is sold out before the dispatch of your order, you will receive a notification on the lead time required for restocking. In the event of any delays with your order, our dispatch team will promptly notify you.
Refunds and return policy
Returned items.
A handling fee of 15% will be charged on Items correctly supplied. Additional courier charges will also apply for the return of the order.
If you are not satisfied with a product, kindly notify us within 10 working days after receiving your order. We will gladly attend to your request and refund you within 7 days after receiving the returned order. Stock to be returned must be in the condition with the original packaging as it was dispatched to the client before.
